嵌入式電器CE認(rèn)證（歐盟強(qiáng)制認(rèn)證）－簡(jiǎn)介

在歐盟市場(chǎng)“CE”標(biāo)志屬?gòu)?qiáng)制性認(rèn)證標(biāo)志，以表明產(chǎn)品符合歐盟《技術(shù)協(xié)調(diào)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化新方法》指令的基本要求。這是歐盟法律對(duì)產(chǎn)品提出的一種強(qiáng)制性要求。

在嵌入式電器加貼CE標(biāo)志不但可以證明其產(chǎn)品符合建筑產(chǎn)品指令（CPR 305/2011/EU）及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)（歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13229）規(guī)定的安全，環(huán)保，衛(wèi)生和消費(fèi)者保護(hù)。而且可以合理規(guī)避貿(mào)易技術(shù)壁壘，在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷售并打開(kāi)其他國(guó)際市場(chǎng)。

注：歐盟建筑法規(guī)CPR（Construction Product Regulation） 305/2011/EU 全面取代歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品指令CPD(Construction Product Directive) 106/89/EEC, 并且從2013年7月1日起強(qiáng)制執(zhí)行

A．產(chǎn)品指令：建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR(Construction Product Regulation) 305/2011/EU

B．歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：

EN 13229: Inset appliances including open fires fired by solid fuels - Requirements and test methods；

EN 13229嵌入式電器，包括由固體燃料燃燒的明火 - 要求和測(cè)試方法；

This European Standard specifies requirements relating to the design, manufacture, construction, safety and performance(efficiency and emission), instructions and marking together with associated test methods for type testing, residential open fires and inset appliances fired by solid fuel.

This standard is applicable to hand fired appliances which are listed under categories 1b, 1c,2b,2c,3a, 3b and 3c of Table 1. The surround of the appliances is integrated with the building with the exception of free-standing appliances and inset appliances which are installed into a fireplace recess or enclosure.

本歐洲標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定了與設(shè)計(jì)、制造、結(jié)構(gòu)、安全和性能(效率和排放)、說(shuō)明和標(biāo)記以及相關(guān)的型式試驗(yàn)方法有關(guān)的要求，以及使用固體燃料的住宅明火和插入器具。

本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于表1中1b、1c、2b、2c、3a、3b和3c類所列的手燃器具。除了安裝在壁爐凹槽或圍欄內(nèi)的獨(dú)立式設(shè)備和插入式設(shè)備外，設(shè)備的環(huán)繞與建筑物融為一體。

嵌入式電器CE認(rèn)證－EN 13229–認(rèn)證流程

1、確定需要認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品類型，提交申請(qǐng)

2、確定歐洲產(chǎn)品指令，嵌入式電器需符合新的歐盟建筑產(chǎn)品法規(guī)CPR 305/2011/EU

3、確定歐洲協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，嵌入式電器需符合協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13229

4、根據(jù)CPR指令和協(xié)調(diào)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)EN 13229進(jìn)行測(cè)試評(píng)估

5、獲得由歐盟公告機(jī)構(gòu)頒發(fā)的測(cè)試報(bào)告和證書(shū)

6、發(fā)放產(chǎn)品性能聲明(Declaration of Performance)

7、在產(chǎn)品包裝上加貼帶公告機(jī)構(gòu)編碼的CE標(biāo)志

8、在歐洲市場(chǎng)自由銷售
