PROTEOSTAT?熱轉(zhuǎn)移穩(wěn)定性檢測(cè)試劑盒包括一種熒光染料，可檢測(cè)蛋白質(zhì)聚集，因此可用于監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)熱應(yīng)激條件下的蛋白質(zhì)穩(wěn)定性。通過(guò)熱位移分析，可以很容易地確定大部分蛋白質(zhì)聚集的溫度。聚集溫度是蛋白質(zhì)穩(wěn)定性的指標(biāo)，并可用于優(yōu)化J小化蛋白質(zhì)聚集的條件，以及鑒定結(jié)合并賦予感興趣蛋白質(zhì)結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性的配體。
