The hidden conditionings that? former scientist Cura Lianum had put on Saimin Fuantei has been triggered and thus, he sought out to start controlling the world to the right path.

前科學家Cura Lianum對Saimin Fuantei提出的隱藏條件已經(jīng)被觸發(fā)，因此，他試圖開始將世界控制在正確的道路上。（這個是封面附帶的導覽的話）

The tale of how the world changed for the better in a grim way.

關于世界如何以一種殘酷的方式變得更好的故事。（歌曲前奏的注釋）

Supere Saimin Fuantei had started their brainwashing throughout the world. With the intention to make the world for its own betterment.

賽明·富安提長老已經(jīng)開始在世界各地洗腦。帶著讓世界變得更好的意圖。（正式開始）

Everyone who can hear him falls under his control. Whether they want to or not.

所有能聽到他聲音的人都在他的控制之下。不管他們愿不愿意。

He proceeded to brainwash the entire world.

他開始給整個世界洗腦。（玉玉：什么政客）

A War broke out, which ended up being led on by Saimin's old friend, Perlad Hiro, as the leader of the global group called "Resistance"?

一場戰(zhàn)爭爆發(fā)了，這場戰(zhàn)爭最終由賽明的老朋友佩拉德·希羅領導，他是一個名為“抵抗”的全球組織的領導人。

He hoped that using a device from a scientist that made Saimin this way, he can save him and snap him out of this conditioned trance.

他希望用科學家發(fā)明的裝置讓賽明變成這樣，他可以拯救他，讓他從這種條件恍惚狀態(tài)中恢復過來。

Saimin used his manpower to go against the Resistance, who has ways of avoiding his hypnotic voice.

Saimin and Perlad are both smart and strategic in their own regard, but Saimin knows he will win.

It is the main confrontation, Perlad had managed to corner Saimin at the top of the main building.?

Saimin taunts Perlad to join his side, with both the device Perlad have and his voice, they can change the world for the better.

Perlad refuses, and wanted to use the device to possibly save Saimin.

The device didn't worked on Saimin.?

At the last attempt, Perlad tried to snap Saimin out of it, but failed and had fallen on his bestfriend's trance.

Perlad had fallen on Saimin's trance.?

However, deep inside Saimin had been wanted to be saved. At the same time, He's aware Perlad will fail and both of them will take over the world.

然而，賽明內(nèi)心深處一直希望被拯救。與此同時，他也知道佩拉德會失敗，他們倆會統(tǒng)治世界。

After a lot of struggles and bruteforcing, Saimin had brainwashed Perlad into joining him.

在經(jīng)歷了大量的斗爭和暴力之后，賽明對佩拉德進行了洗腦，讓他加入了他。

Fun fact! The original didn't used room pivot to swing the pendulum in this scene because I didn't know how to use it.. I was planning to leave it here but it doesn't look consistent with(cont.) the other two Pendulum scenes later on.

The announcement for the Supera Council had commenced, changing the flag to base it off the amount of members on it.

Supera委員會的公告已經(jīng)開始，根據(jù)其成員的數(shù)量更換了旗幟。

Perlad was announced as the second Supera member, granting him the title "Supere Perlad Hiro"

佩拉德被宣布為第二個Supera成員，并授予他“Supere Perlad Hiro”的頭銜。

Saimin could do nothing but just realize what he had done to his closest friend, while not being able to convince himself to change it while it's not too late.

賽明只能意識到自己對最親密的朋友做了什么，但卻無法說服自己在為時不晚的時候改變。（玉玉：后悔了吧）

Using the scientist's device, Perlad can also control over the mass population, and that's what he was first tasked.

使用科學家的設備，佩拉德還可以控制大規(guī)模人口，這就是他最初的任務。

This has resulted to the rapid downfall of the Resistence, making the Supera win the war.

這導致了反抗軍的迅速垮臺，使Supera（超級英雄？什么翻譯）贏得了戰(zhàn)爭。

Everyone that was caught during the dissipation of the war was forced to go through immence mind alteration.

每一個在戰(zhàn)爭消散期間被抓住的人都被迫經(jīng)歷了巨大的心靈改變。

All while still being treated both as a human being and a prisoner, it's like a rehabilitation. This also goes for those who had given themselves up to the Council.

盡管仍然被當作人和囚犯對待，但這就像是一次康復。這也適用于那些向安理會自首的人。（玉玉：但是，這樣還算是自己嗎？）

However, one thing both Saimin and Perlad himself doesn't know is that Perlad has the innate and built up ability to slowly snap out of Saimin's trance.

然而，賽明和佩拉德自己都不知道的一件事是，佩拉德天生就有能力慢慢擺脫賽明的恍惚狀態(tài)。（玉玉：主角光環(huán)?。?/p>

This was not obvious during the last parts of the war because Saimin constantly made sure Perlad wouldn't go insane by the bruteforcing he had done to him.

在戰(zhàn)爭的最后階段，這一點并不明顯，因為賽明一直在確保佩拉德不會因為他對他的暴行而發(fā)瘋。

However, whether Perlad is on his unstable state or not, he slowly became aware of this situation and it haunts him.

The announcement of the end of the war has happened, it is also revealed Saimin plans to have 3 seats for the council.

Saimin as the main head of the Council.

賽敏擔任理事會的主要負責人。

And Perlad as his right hand man.

With the freedom of speech that the world was given, it is widely talked on who could possibly be the one to take the 3rd seat

Somewhere the Headquarters, Kelon Vesir Yanoel, or Kesir, is in isolation.

“已經(jīng)決定了”-賽

They were one of the sub-leaders of the Resistence, and a close friend of Saimin and Perlad. They were caught because Perlad betrayed them before the coronation.

They refuse to give in to Saimin's control. The only reason they can go against it is because of the counters Perlad gave them before both of them were captured.

However, they can only hold on for so long.

Ever since they were held captive, they were subjected to a much slower process of brainwashing than the treatment Perlad had.

This is because unlike Kesir, Perlad already had the built up mental fortitude to handle the sudden barrage of conditioning. If that was done to Kesir, they might go insane.

Perlad had put counter-brainwashing measures on all of the subleaders to ensure that they would be able to escape if they get the chance to do so.

This resulted to Saimin needing to slowly undo all of these suggestions, as Perlad refused to do this himself due to the guilt he have from betraying Kesir

Kesir tries to keep Saimin out of their head, but as time goes on, it becomes more of a burden as the counters loosen up one by one.

"I should apologize in his behalf, Per believes you can be a good leader. Yet refuses to help me deal with what he had started."

Months later, Saimin was confident that he had taken out all of the suggestions. However, Kesir still refused to cooperate until this one afternoon.

Saimin went to visit to find out they are willingly watching a reenforcement broadcast that was currently being led by Perlad.

"You were destined to win from the beginning, it was honestly painful, slowly realizing it”?

“You are still there, I know you are… But? as much as I want to try, as much as I want to continue.."

"I do not know if this is my own free will, or all of those brainwashings taking into effect, but honestly… does it even matter?"

“我不知道這是我自己的自由意志，還是所有的洗腦都在生效，但說實話……這有關系嗎？”

Kesir knew no matter what happens it will be a lost at this point. Thus they voluntarily fell under Saimin and Perlad's control

凱西爾知道，無論發(fā)生什么，在這一點上都是輸?shù)?。因此，他們自愿落入Saimin和Perlad的控制之下（玉玉：已經(jīng)，無所謂了，是吧，惱）

Kesir had gave in on Saimin's control and thus their house arrest was lifted.

凱西爾已經(jīng)屈服于賽敏的控制，因此他們的軟禁被解除了。

After all of the preparations and additional suggestions, the proclamation for the 3rd seat has been planned out.

經(jīng)過所有的準備和額外的建議，第三個席位的公告已經(jīng)計劃好了。

A new flag has been shown to symbolize that all of the seats for the Council has been fulfilled.

已經(jīng)展示了一面新的旗幟，象征著安理會的所有席位都已滿。

There's only one device that can replicate Saimin's ability, Perlad went to lend such device to Kesir for the proclamation, this will be reoccuring throughout their governance.

只有一種設備可以復制賽明的能力，佩拉德將這種設備借給了凱西爾用于公告，這種情況將在他們的整個治理過程中再次發(fā)生。

Kesir has done their starting speech, explaining how Perlad's "betrayal" during the war was the reason why they got caught.

Kesir做了他們的開場白，解釋了Perlad在戰(zhàn)爭期間的“背叛”是他們被捕的原因。

They do not hold grudge against Perlad anymore. However, this still makes Perlad feel awful about the incident. Despite being under Saimin's influence.

Kesir had agreed to take the third seat and marked themselves to the public

Just like how Saimin and Perlad had done before.

Every now and then, Kesir recalls how they used to go against Saimin, and finding it "idiotic".

In reality, the effects of the war still hunts them, and would sometimes reminisce on how it could have gone differently. Like how the casualties of the war could have been lessened.

By the time Saimin had finished up with Kesir. He had fully succumbed to the scientist's suggestions on him, and was satisfied of the things he had done to get to this point.

And thus, the Supera Council was completed

Even if they now hold over the world and lead humanity to advance past it's current standpoint.

Perlad and Kesir were once part of the population that tried to stop it. In the end, they failed and now leads the world with their friend.

Perlad和Kesir曾經(jīng)是試圖阻止它的人群中的一員。最終，他們失敗了，現(xiàn)在和他們的朋友一起領導著世界。（玉玉：真諷刺）

Will their grasps in the minds of humanity ever end?

他們在人類心中的掌控會結(jié)束嗎？
