Cypate NHS是一種熒光染料，Cypate為ICG（indocyanine green）的一種羧基衍生物，光熱轉(zhuǎn)換性能好，是常用的光熱化合物。ICG由于缺少活性基團(tuán)，與蛋白之間只能以非共價(jià)鍵相連，穩(wěn)定性較差。Cypate疏水性強(qiáng)，結(jié)構(gòu)穩(wěn)定性更好，而且結(jié)構(gòu)中有兩個(gè)羧基，便于進(jìn)行結(jié)構(gòu)修飾。
