Forge one's understandings deep behind possibly through the whole life, just to primarily gain self-acceptance.

That's what I basically consider what a nice human being to be. Self-refining, again and again. In ancient Asia, there's a practical religious concept called 'Refining', but guess what, the state of the body is strongly tied to the level of the mind. In order words, you're what you think, as for your body. Your body's ability cannot go further without getting your mind better in advance.

However, one's mind is nothing without being hosted in his own physical body, more precisely, in his brain, right? The mind is basically an operating system, while the brain is the hardware, haha. That sounds apparent. In reality, both the body and the mind are affecting each other, either in a good or bad way.

If there are at least two factors, and they can affect each other, that means things are going to be accelerated. So, one must understand, to gain the feat performance either of your physical strength or the abillity of your mind, you have to treat both of them well.

Again, this sounds apparent at first, but in real world, most people, most of the time, are caring only one of them, and ditching the other one, this is just gonna make them weak.
