Product Introduction：

PBS is a white instant soluble powder. Each packet of PBS instant powder can be reconstituted with 1 liter of 1×PBSbuffer, offering a straightforward and convenient operation. The primary components of PBS include sodiumchloride,potassium chloride, and phosphate. The concentration of sodium chloride in 1×?PBS buffer is 137 mM, potassiumchloride is 2.7 mM, and phosphate is 10 mM.

PBS is a widely used buffer in the field of biology, suitable for applications in immunoassay experiments, microbiologyexperiments, protein biochemistry experiments, and more. The PBS buffer prepared using PBS instant powder canbefurther processed through a 0.22?μm sterile filter and applied in cell culture, washing, and other related experiments.

Instructions for use:

1. Measure approximately 600 ml of distilled water and add it to a beaker. Place a magnetic stir bar in the beaker.

2. Position the beaker on a magnetic stirrer and gradually add the entire content of 1 packet of PBS powder. Stirthesolution until it is completely dissolved.

3. Add distilled water to the PBS solution from step 2, bringing it to a final volume of 1 liter, referred to as 1×PBS

【速溶】PBS緩沖液，顆粒使用說明：

1.?測量大約600毫升蒸餾水，并將其加入燒杯中。將磁力攪拌棒放入燒杯中。
